PUBLIC NOTICE

Public Notice dated 6^thDecember 2022

It has come to the notice of GTL Infrastructure Limited (“the Company”) that its Mobile Towers and auxiliary equipment are being dismantled / stolen from its various Sites in the state of Tamil Nadu by some miscreants / individuals/gangs and being sold without the authority of the Company. The Company is taking appropriate measures / actions by filing Police Complaints against such miscreants / individuals/gangs. This is to inform to the Public at large that the Company has not undertaken any such dismantling / sale of Mobile Towers nor authorized any third party for the same, hence, if any person(s) / are found to be dealing / selling off such Mobile Towers and / or dismantling the same, such shall be, illegal and without any authority and therefore, all concerned are requested to inform immediately to the Company at crg@gtlinfra.com

Please note that if any person(s) entertains such fake person/(s) for sale / purchase of such stolen Mobile Towers / equipment, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner and strict legal action shall be taken against such person/(s). The Company shall initiate legal action, against such person/(s) including purchasers of such stolen Mobile Towers / equipment of the Company.

Public Notice dated 16^thMay 2019

The General Public is hereby notified that the instances have come to our notice that a number of persons are getting telephonic calls as well as e-mail and letters by post asking them to deposit money in individual bank accounts towards the installation of telecom towers on their plot/building etc., and they will get monthly rent up to 50,000 to 1 lakh per month.

It is noticed that some persons are impersonating as authorized representative/s by using fake ID, letter head, these people instruct innocent public to deposit money in the bank account created by them for fraudulent purpose to extort money. They may also issue fictitious receipts for having received the amount.

The general public is hereby notified and forewarned not to respond to such fake calls or mails as authorized representatives or agents of GTL Infrastructure Limited. The Company does not authorize any person/representative/agent to make any telephonic calls or send such mail to deposit amounts in individual bank accounts towards installation of telecom towers on building/s, individual plots or agricultural land in any state or in any part of India.

GTL Infrastructure Limited is not responsible in any way for any such fraudulent acts or incidents and complaints, if any, in this regard. All such calls or mails are fake with the sole intention of cheating the public. Public should inform/ contact Company in case they get any such demand from person/s claiming to be authorized representative of the Company at crg@gtlinfra.com
