Training and Development
The company has designed and planned a framework for the training and development of employees. This will help in developing their personal and organizational skills, knowledge and abilities and help us develop a talent pool of future leaders. Human Resource Development includes such opportunities as employee training, employee career development, performance management, coaching, succession planning, key employee identification, and organization development.
The company has developed a world class Training Center at Dhingraj Wadi – near Pune, and will be fully operational with effect from October 2008.Our plan is that once the recruits are taken on board, they will be accommodated at the center for induction programme. This would include On-the-job Technical training, Customized training, Leadership and Behavioural Training.
The plan for training and development of employees will be as follows:
- Behavioural Training Programmes to cover gaps emerging from behavioural competencies
- Technical Training Programmes to cover gaps emerging from the technical competencies.
- Specialised Training Programmes specially designed for the identified talent pool.
