Every year, Global Group Employees participate in the mega events with great zeal. In 2015-2016 Global Group Employees supported Global Foundation’s social causes through Cyclothon, Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon and Hiranandani Thane Marathon. About 150 employees participated to support and donate to Global Foundation.

500 Global Group employees are currently donating to the Global Foundation through payroll giving programme. Positrons are contributing to the educational development of AASARA children. They have also taken part in soft skills development and English language training programme for the visually impaired students.

Global Foundation has launched Employee Volunteerism Program way back in 2005 to encourage active employee volunteerism. GTL Infra’s Employee Volunteers are known as Positrons actively engage in various volunteerism and social causes.

Project Pralay is a welfare assistance scheme floated by Global Foundation for people who have suffered from natural disaster like Tsunami, floods, earthquake. The objective is to mitigate the impact of natural disaster on life and property with timely assistance and intervention. Since its inception, Project Pralay has benefited over 300 people.
