We have a vision of setting up Pan-India Passive Infrastructure Network of 23,700 towers across all 23 telecom circles. The business strategy comprises of the following key elements.

Build to Suit: GTL infra builds sites in line with the anchor operator’s requirements. The site can then be shared with the other operators, resulting in a win-win situation for the anchor operator and the new operators. GTL Infra takes the full responsibility of sharing the site with the other operators.

Proactive Sites: Proactive approach provides an upfront advantage in terms of early presence at several locations where the operators are expected to expand their network, thus giving an advantage of saving on pre-operational expense, enabling a faster roll-out of services in that area.
