The Company has appointed GTL Limited - Investor Service Center as the Share Transfer Agent, located at  Electronic Sadan 2, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

The Investors Service Centre provides share registration and all the other related services to the Company's  shareholders. The Share Transfer Agent also has established connectivity with both the Depositories in India, viz. National Securities Depository Services Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL).

The ISC is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Category II share transfer agent.

The Company Secretariat, Corporate Governance & ISC Division is headed by the Company Secretary. This division is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification.
