Creating value through shared infrastructure
Indian wireless market is one of the fastest growing in the world, adding in excess of 5 million subsribers every month. To sustain this growth, there is a need of setting up over 3,50,000 towers with a Capex of US$ 20 billion over the next 3-5 years.

GTL Infrastructure, part of the Global Group, is addressing this opportunity by setting up a Pan India network of over 25,000 towers that can be shared among the Telecom Operators. The Towers located in rural India will help bringing in connectivity at affordable prices to the poorest of poor and create a positive impact on the Indian economy.

GTL Infrastructure, established in 2004, is the pioneer in Shared Telecom Infrastructure in India and offers ready to use passive infrastructure to wireless telecom operators. GTL Infrastructure Limited is proud to be part of the Government initiatives of ‘MOST' (Mobile Operator’s Shared Towers) and USO Fund (Universal Services Obligation Fund) which are designed to promote shared telecom infrastructure in rural as well as urban / semi urban India.
