Dy. Circle Head / Circle Head
- Location: Mumbai, Rest of West Bengal
- Preferred Age: 32-50 years
- Sex: Male
- Basic Qualification: BE/B. Tech/M. Tech in Telecom / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
- Computer Proficiency: Well Versed with MS Office tools, Outlook, Projects.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years, Min 5 yrs of experience in Telecom Industry.

- Counseling and Mentoring skills.
- Able to visualize upcoming market opportunities.

- Job Profile:
- Responsible for P&L at Circle level.
- Oversee project execution, operation and maintenance of Telecom sector.
- He should possess rich knowledge in the area of Project Management, O&M, Vendor Management, Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Coordinate with PMC, for identifying sub contractors & project progress through reports.
- Discuss, coordinate internally with Technical and SMC, and identify areas/process that would help in better quality, reduction in cost, trouble free maintenance of equipments, timely delivery of materials etc.
- Develop process/system for report generation on project progress, on O&M tracking etc.
- Ensure profitability and reduction in project and O&M costs.
- Review reports on project and O&M.
- Develop process/systems for the above, which are not dependant of individuals.

- Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office 2000 / Email / Internet surfing.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years relevant / Industry Experience of more than 3 - 6 years.

- Good knowledge & understanding of local govt, semi govt and other responsible bodies and committees.

- Experience: 5 - 8 years relevant experience.

- Account mapping and negotiation skills.
- Job Profile:
- The position is responsible for all the accounts assigned to him.

- A good understanding of the customers business and what is important in the business, e.g. price, delivery time, speed to market, dependability.

- Experience: 8 - 10 years Total / Telecom Industry Hands On Experience of more than 5 years.
- Skill Sets:
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical skills.
- High energy level with ability to lead the team.
- Sound knowledge of civil / electrical work and quality practices.

- MIS Reporting, Documentation Skills.
- Job Profile:
- Plan the Implementation activities for given roll out of sites as per targets in the circle.
- Identify and mobilize required resources.
- Manage and Co-ordinate with Civil, Electrical, Tower, DG, Shelter, AC, Power Plant, and Battery Vendor to get the items installed and commissioned according to project schedule.
- Driving the logistics teams for timely delivery of materials to sites as per roll out plan.
- Should monitor costs and optimize profitability.
- Identifying and developing alternate vendors for better project execution.
- Identify and develop individuals in the project team who can be potential leaders and grooming them as futuristic managers.
- Prepare weekly / monthly MIS.
- Should update and suggest the management on the latest trends / techniques in this field leading to qualitative project execution.
- Managing vendor teams and arranging local help.
- Candidate should have expertise in project execution, project progress review & site management.
- Experience of identifying critical issues and proactively solving these issues for timely completion without cost overrun.
