Available Positions
Circle Head
- Location: Mumbai / Jammu / Tamilnadu / Andhra Pradesh / Rajasthan
- Basic Qualification: BE/B. Tech/M. Tech in Telecom / Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10 – 15 yrs relevant experience
- Job Profile:
- Responsible for P&L at circle level
- Oversee project execution, operation and maintenance of Telecom sector.
- Responsible for Project Management, O&M, Vendor Management, Quality Management and Customer Relationship Management.
- Coordinate with PMC, for identifying sub contractors & project progress through reports
- Discuss, coordinate internally with Technical and SMC, and identify areas/process that would help in better quality, reduction in cost, trouble free maintenance of equipments, timely delivery of materials etc.

Manager Project Implementation
- Location: Mumbai / Bihar & Jharkhand / Andhra Pradesh
- Basic Qualification: BE in Civil.
- Yrs of Experience: 10 years of relevant experience
- Job Profile:
- Plan the Implementation activities for given roll out of sites as per targets in the circle
- Identify and mobilize required resources
- Manage and Co-ordinate with Civil, Electrical, Tower, DG, Shelter, AC, Power Plant, Battery Vendor to get the items installed and commissioned according to project schedule.
- Driving the logistics teams for timely delivery of materials to sites as per roll out plan
- Monitor costs and optimize profitability

Account Manager – Sales
- Location: UP (E) / Rajasthan
- Basic Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing, Graduate BA/BSC/ BCOM / BE / B.Tech
- Year of Experience: 3 – 5 yrs relevant experience
- Job Profile:
- Responsible for the accounts assigned to him at the circle.
- Achieving sales volume target, profit, brand/package mix, and market share objectives for the assigned account.
- A good understanding of the customers business and what is important in the business, e.g. price, delivery time, speed to market, dependability. Responsible for timely billing and collections.

Quality Manager
- Location: Punjab / TN / UP (W) / Bihar / WB / Orissa / Delhi / Andhra Pradesh
- Basic Qualification: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech (Telecom / Electrical / Civil) and Knowledge of Quality standards like ISO/Six Sigma.
- Yrs of Experience: 5 - 7 yrs relevant experience
- Job Profile:
- Preparation of QA Plan
- Determination of quality standards and what measures to be used to access performance of products and services
- Interaction with vendors and comparing technical specifications
- Make schedule and estimate for inspection

Officer Legal
- Location: Assam
- Basic Qualification: LLB
- Years of Experience: 3 – 5 yrs of relevant experience
- Job Profile:
- Responsible for Liaisoning with the vendors and local / civil authorities.
- Acquiring land / sites with cost effective prices as per project time lines, obtaining SEB and Municipal clearances.
- Liaisoning with Legal consultant for technical clearance of the sites.
- Completing the proper legal formalities
