Project Talk 64 - Chess Software for Blind

Chess Software for the Blind (TALK 64) developed by GTL’s IT engineers is a specially designed chess software for visually impaired. The software has speech and multiple language support with user-friendly interface. Talk 64 has provided more than 1 lakh practice games, along with different openings and variations. Global Foundation has entrusted All India Chess Federation for Blind (AICFB) for the promotion and distribution of Talk 64 software throughout the world.

Global Foundation has partnered with Global Innovsource, a Global Group Enterprise for helping visually challenged students in Job Placements
11 visually challenged individuals who have completed Hardware training are self-employed taking contracts to repair computers.
16 visually challenged people have been employed in the Corporate sector. Foundation's 3 months Soft Skills Development Program chiseled their personality and boosted their interview skills, increasing their chances of finding employment. |

Global Foundation creates awareness on Eye donation through Mass media campaigns & posters displayed by its volunteers. Global Foundation launched an Eye Donation awareness campaign at national level through various newspapers in association with Eye Bank Coordination & Research Center in Mumbai.
