At Global Group we execute O & M and Deployment contracts in rural India. Through our engagement with the community we learnt that IT literacy is still leaps away from the rural population. To bridge this digital divide Global Foundation conceived and started the project GYAN IT to spread computer literacy through training and infrastructure build up.

Employee Volunteerism

Global Foundation has launched Employee Volunteerism Program way back in 2005 to encourage active employee volunteerism. Employee Volunteers are known as Positrons and they are actively engaged in various volunteerism and social causes.

Project - Art of Giving

Art of Giving is a voluntary pay roll giving initiative of Global Foundation to encourage Global Group employees to donate to the Foundation.

Every year, Global Group Employees participate in the Mega event with great zeal. In 2010-2011 GTL Limited supported Global Foundation's social causes through these marathons. 30 Global Group volunteers ran for Delhi Marathon and 100 volunteers ran for Mumbai Marathon.
